UK auction has ended & the winning bidder is located in Sweden. They are trying to pay, but are getting a message of 'unfortunately, the seller wont send to your location. Please update your delivery address or contact the seller to get a delivery option'. Looking at my account, I have enroled in the global selling program & I am happy to ship internationally, so am unsure what to do next.
On my selling dashboard when I click 'send payment details', the next message just reads 'Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice.'
Any advice on what to do next to resolve this to get paid & so I can send the item? Thanks
