Hi, I haven't used my account to sell for a couple of years and I've just discovered there's restrictions on my account. How do I resolve this please. I've checked my emails and messages and I can't find any info regarding this.

How do you know you are restricted? There are many reasons and some are permanent.
Have you fully registered for managed payments?
