Account Creation Page Unresponsive

After I have created a business account (UK Based),

I am presented with a screen to 

"Tell us about your business"

I have entered the business address,  contact phone number, VAT

and the details of the person to contact (me)

Both the numbers provided are mobile and not landlines.

I click on continue on this page and the page in not responsive with no validation or unfilled fields.

I am not able to proceed from here on as the page is stuck.

I have tried closing the browser and re-entering the details but I get the same result.

I have alternatively tried to go to account settings where I have been able to enter some of the details and when I try clicking on the button to login to the bank account, the page is frozen.
