Have you opened a case for this return? If not, do so now and enter that tracking number of the item returned.
As it has been received it gives the seller 48 hours to refund you, if they don't you must escalate the case, eBay step in and force the refund.
Once eBay notify you the refund is made, being processed, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.
If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.
Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.
Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

As already explained refunds may take time depending on how you paid, but if seller has done nothing, then it is up to you to go to the case and ESCALATE, ebay then force a refund.

The escalate option should be in the case, ebay don't do email contact or let you phone them.

To add, the tracking in the case needs to show delivery, nothing else will do.
