Purchased item which was faulty

Made a purchase, fitted the item (in tank fuel pump/filter for my car)  it failed after 1 day, I removed it with the help of the AA after I broke down in the middle of a major road and then I requested I get a refund. The seller wasted time, strung it out and I get NO refund or anything. I'm left with a useless item and nearly £150 poorer, eBay don't care and the seller carries on like nothing's happened.

If it's past 30 days there's nothing you can do via ebay but contact your payment provider and see what they say.   Depending on how you paid you may get a refund from them.

So eBay and the seller can just walk away with no responsibility to repay
me. I’m going to contact Trading Standards, I’m NOT going to be ripped off
like this. I don’t care if they owed my 1 pence, this is BS.
