Hi I managed to sell some alloys, twice. First time highest bidder at least responded and arranged for pick up, but never showed up. And didn't respond to my message after that.  so I have to repost the item, second time highest bidder isn't even responding to my first request to arrange for pick up, and EBay had already invoiced me for the listing fee.  why are people bothering bidding by then ignore the seller? Both bidders have 100% feedback. ???? what can I do in this situation? Will EBay help? Hi, I bought outside floodlights 9 months ago and they have stopped working fully. Hi. Hope someone can help... i use my samsung phone for all my ebay. I noticed today that all works fine. I have access to watching, Bidding but my purchase history is not showing up. Have tried throughout the day. Turned phone on, off but to no avail. Just keeps saying ran into a problem please try later. Even after pressing the reload key.   What's with the new "eBay handling payments" method asking us to submit our bank account.  As a private seller/buyer I don't sell nor buy with bank account, only use PayPal. Also have security concerns with giving away bank accounts. Can't we skip this process and continue as present?         ... View more

So thankfully this doesnt happen a lot, so this guy bid on an item, won it, 3 days went past nothing, not responding to reminders or messages,  same old. Checked his feedback and he does this a lot. So i want to report this guy, but there is nothing i can find on the ebay help to do this.. i cant even send an email to ebay to tell them about this. i have blocked the person, but i feel that they shouldnt be on ebay if they do this all the time. also ebay why isnt there a 'Report an issue with a buyer' section?  And also why cant SELLERS leave negative feedback to the appropriate messer, because the seller will only leave negative feedback in this situation, and then this will affect the percentage, which will then in turn give the seller heads up, and you can block them from bidding. Simple solution to me. This is frustrating and causes inconvenience for the seller, plus the genuine buyers can miss out on an item because of fools like this one.  Look forward to views and opinions on this.. including an ebay rep if possible.
