Hello,

I cant define my paypall acount to Ebay. I tried with your link a lot of times. I am sure there is no problem with my paypall acount. Is there any different way to connect it? If i dont connect it, can i tahe payment? Thank you

You are in Turkey,  although with a UK account you may wish to connect it first logging out of here and into www.ebay.com

But i want to sell on ebay.uk. I have also uk paypal account. I defined my
credit card for fees, but how my customer will pay by paypal? The link in
seller account>paypal account does not work

I think fargvs further down your posts gave the brilliant explanation of why Paypal cannot be used in your country, and the difficulty you may thus encounter with a UK based registered account.

Your Government cancelled the use of PayPal within Turkey in 2016 for failing to agree Banking rules and taxes ...

As a new seller you need to link a bank account not a PayPal account as you will be on managed payments.

Buyers can still pay with Paypal funds, there is no change there for buyers. They can use debit and credit cards through Paypal checkout to pay you, too.
