I bought from 2 different seller 2 different names 2 different address yet same person

I purchased an item from a buyer on the same day I purchased an item from another buyer, different names different registered business addresses, when the items came they arrived at the same time with the same company same packages same name, as delivery address and the items both dont seem authentic I have tried to contact them neither has replied I have started a return but have to wait for them to get in touch should I inform ebay about this thank you

It the items were fake I do hope you opened a not as described dispute and not a return

If they were not as described then the seller has to send a pre paid label for the return.

If you opened the return it is down to you to pay the return postage

If the sellers say they are in the UK then that is where the items go back too.

Seems odd but members can have more than one account

The dispute/case is the way to deal with it.

ARe they in the UK?.

If they dont reply you escalate after a full 3 days to ebay

When you get it sorted out the you have feedback to leave but dont mention ebay or dispute
