Since Brexit and the UK no longer being part of the EU i wondered why the filters on ebay still include the UK when i select Èuropean union´ Due to customs charges etc (as im living in the EU)  I would like to be able to buy from EU countries (which of course dosent include the UK) but the Uk still shows up...does anyone know if this just hasnt been altered by ebay to exclude UK? ... Hello, I asked a question yesterday about Global Shipping. I only wish to post items I sell within the UK, and I did not realise my ads that I posted World Wide, which I do not wish to do.   Diana, Expert Seller, helped me to edit the Global Shipping link.   However, sadly items are being re-listed by ebay, and the still show International Shipping, even though in my account it says this link is "not enrolled".   My latest relist says I post to UK< USA, Ireland, Australia, France, Japan etc etec etce   Such a nuisance, can you help me please?   Thank you and kind regards, Alan. ... I bought a light for my MOT on my car that didn't fit and showed the seller with photos and they said to return it. I went to the post office and the lady said to cross out my name and circle the return address and put it in the post box outside, which i immediately did and emailed the seller straight away. He is saying he would check with his returns dept (i don't think he has one) and refuses any more contact. I tried to open a return with ebay but they wanted me to buy a return label which i couldn't do as i was toldby the post office not to do it andby then i didn't have it either. I am being charged vat on items bought from China ? The seller states on his sales page "vat is included in article price" when I get to PayPal page it then lists a vat charge  on top of item cost ! I have contacted HMRC and they have confirmed that items of £15 or less from China are NOT liable to vat - I have contacted eBay who say they are now obliged to charge vat !!!!  Who is correct  HMRC or eBay ???? Please help as this has a huge impact on future purchases from China !  It also causes a problem at the payment stage as you have already clicked "buy it now" you can NOT cancell the order and the seller can then enter a "non payment" charge againsy you !!!!  You have created a contract with the seller ---- Nothing you can do about it according to eBay !
