Hi all,   I purchased a flag from a seller and it said on the listing that it would be posted, I paid for the item once I won it and without my knowledge, arrangement the seller arrived at my home and gave me the flag in person.    This was not only a surprise but scary given the covid-19 outbreak and this was an unplanned visit. I bought a nightdress on eBay from member, listed as a 34" which equates to a size 10 and should have had a waist size of 28". When I received it, it was obviously much smaller with a waist size of only 26" which is even smaller than a size 8 which is 26½ "and I couldn't get it on. Seller refuses a refund. Hello, recently I opened a request because I still haven't recieved an item I ordered in the beginning of January, the seller responded and said they would refund me. The request is still open but they haven't refunded me yet, its been like a day and a half. Now my question is do I close the request since a refund is what I wanted, or do I keep it open until they refund me? I read a bit about this on the help page and it seems the sellers have a "refund buyer" option which clearly the seller is ignorring. I opened a case on ebay as I didn't receive my item. I also opened a case for the same item on PayPal not realising you are only supposed to open one.
