Seller refuses refund for nightdress wrongly described in listing.

I bought a nightdress on eBay from member, listed as a 34" which equates to a size 10 and should have had a waist size of 28". When I received it, it was obviously much smaller with a waist size of only 26" which is even smaller than a size 8 which is 26½ "and I couldn't get it on. Seller refuses a refund. Appealed to eBay but they have closed the request without giving a reason. Any ideas?

Did you open the correct dispute for not as described

If the case is closed then there is nothing more you can do on ebay

If you paid by paypal then open the dispute there and sign up to their return postage if you can

Escalate the dispute as soon as paypal allowed but within 20 days
