I today have received an email from eBay informing me that it has unilaterally changed my listings to allow offers. What a cheek!! If I had wanted to allow offers I would have set that up!! This new format is driving me crazy. Ebay blipped whilst I was relisting unsold items and while I was working it added a listing in unsold - which actually had sold at the last minute. I unknowingly relisted it and then discovered it had been sold. I ended the duplicate listing but I have been unable to delete it from my unsold item list - there does not seem to be an option other than relisting! I have found a small fault on an item I’ve just sold, so I offered the buyer a discount (her paying £7 instead of the £11.49 the item sold for, plus £3.20 p+p). Hello All,    I want to purchase a new digital PS5 game from a new seller who is selling digital codes.  The listing says it's for the full game and is NOT for a demo etc but is a pre-order ahead of release of the game and that the code will be activated once the game is released.  I'm concerned about whether this is genuine.  Is my purchase guaranteed by ebay money back guarantee in case the digital code doesn't work after  the game is released officially?     I will pay by Paypal etc and follow the buying process.     Any advice welcome.   Thank you.   ... As a business seller I have been using the new seller hub for a while and find it easy to use - however my eBay selling page has now changed in format as well and isn't user friendly!
