If you have an app, the buyer may bring a QR code with them for you to scan to say the item has been collected.
It is not mandatory to use that code. Indeed, many sellers do not use the app to run their seller accounts, and that is needed here for that code.
You cannot mark items paid and dispatched on the Classic view anymore, you need to do this from the Seller Hub.

Go to All Orders >> Awaiting Payment
Click on the square next to the item.
Use the 'More' drop down at the top of the page.
Mark as Payment Received.
