Have tried all day to access PayPal account through account e bay. Nothing happening. Also have tried to end a listing since this morning, but cannot. Is this happening to other sellers out there?  I have reset my password too but still cannot access PayPal account. Help! ... View more

So, I purchased an item from a seller that never arrived, it was cheap and wasn't much of an issue, but I still opended a case since I wanted my item. Seller right off the bat was very rude and abrupt. After a while they threatned me to close the case or else they would call the police on me?!? They also stated they spoke to ebay and that they will prosecute me and close my account?! Obvious lie. They are now threatening me with court action? over 2 pounds.... ! I looked at their feedback and they have done this to multiple people. Using threats, calling people 'muppet' 'r*tard' etc. I am now worried since this seller knows my address and same and seems rather unstable. What can be done if anything? Any help appreciated.  ... Hi Buyer has opened a case for refund claiming non-delivery. Over a month ago I notified her item had been dispatched through Royal Mail and should be 2 days  in transit. One month later she claims non-delivery. I have sent proof of posting and requested she checks with neighbours and delivery office, sent 2 emails, but she's not responding. Is there a number that I can ring from the UK to speak with a person. Every time I ring number I've found once I say security it says sorry we are closed. I spoke to a person once they gave me a different number which just told me if I was a seller check the internet. If I was a buyer check the internet for help and support.   This is absurd I urgently need to speak to a person about my wife's hacked account. The hacker has already tried to bid for stuff we wouldn't even consider they also in a different country. It's all obvious that there is suspicious activity from historyof items brought or searched and from UK not USA. If someone from eBay sees this post please call the number attached to collingham289.   Oh and yeah id reach out from my wife's account though this is now locked. Probably because we have tried to log in several times. But I can't get anyone to call the current number associated with that account as the hacker has changed this.   So I can't log in to her account or recover her account. We do not have an account with Pay pal, and choose to pay by card. Items are paid in full and there is no financial account with Pay Pal; but apparently it is linked to E Bay, so how do we stop E Bay sending the details to Pay Pal allowing them to access our bank account? ... View more

eBay told me i have until i recieve the item back to refund, they have been selling a few items in the last 8 days and still have not sent my item back.  How can you justify posting other items but not the return. i have check and he sold 2 items the day after i sent the label and 2 more since yet he has not sent my item back. ...
