Hello All,   I was wondering if you could look at this and assist if possible, please?   I've recently bought a Sennheiser wireless headset - GSP 370 advertised as new. There is a GSA 370 wireless dongle missing. It should be included in a package as it states on the box and in the manual. Without it the headset is not usable. Please see attached an image. I've sent a message to the seller yesterday but still no reply. Hello Set up International posting " Offer another service " > Selected countries USA EU   NOT global shipping... Now buyers from those countries dont know what to do ? So how do they negotiate this please ?   Disarray of advice ebay help we have " contact seller for ship cost " send an invoice"  buyer adds to basket and up pops " send invoice" to buyer ??    But what ? looks to me that at some point I wil have to give an invoice for ship cost addiional to item cost  Only I know the weight packing size etc according to the quantity ordered .. (  I pack the items go round to my local PO Royal Mail and they give me price )    so please any specific guide to buyers I can send as to how to place an order for eg ship to USA ?       ... I purchased a cement mixer on the 11th of July and arranged to collect it. On the day of collection, the seller wasn't home. The seller agreed to deliver it the following week, but didn't. I asked the seller to refund my money, but i haven't heard from them in days now. I have noticed a massive increase in listings on ebay starting that the seller is in the UK, the item is listed as shipping from the UK and the item is clearly labelled as UK stock.   The item then takes 14 days to arrive and has a customs note and has clearly been shipped from China.    Why are these sellers able to falsely advertise and get away with it?    This is a huge problem and one that is putting me off using ebay.          ...
