Combine shipping and postage

I have sold two separate items on buy it now, I want to combine the postage costs, but there is no send a invoice option available,  anybody know how I can change this,thanks

It should be via More Actions, far right of items on your sold page.    Or there may be a link top left of one of the actual listings.
