I was wondering if you could look at this and assist if possible, please?
I've recently bought a Sennheiser wireless headset - GSP 370 advertised as new. There is a GSA 370 wireless dongle missing. It should be included in a package as it states on the box and in the manual. Without it the headset is not usable. Please see attached an image. I've sent a message to the seller yesterday but still no reply. From the beginning I've had problems with this purchase, the seller dispatched it 7 days later...
If you could assist me I would appreciate it.
