Bought wrong postage

I purchased postage via EBay and paid with PayPal, at post office counter staff said wrong weight, so I had to buy new postage, how do I get a refund for the label purchased from a Ebay, I'm going round in circles, there is literally no way to request a refund ! Any advice welcome !

Using Seller Hub > orders > postage labels

Find the item > to the left of the item, 'actions' drop down, pick 'void label'
