Hi a lot of sellers of two pond coins are saying there is a minting error with upside down writing on the coins. This is incorrect the royal mint processes 700 coins per minute and depending on how they fall into the pressing will determine how the writing on the edge of the coin appears. There is no right or wrong way, check out the royal mint webside if you like. Maybe ebay should look into this as incorrect information on listings. Hi I seem to be stuck in a loop.  I tried to cancel an item and the seller said he had payed the item.   I then opened a return and he then said he hadn't posted it and won't refund me.  He then became a suite in messages and I've reported him.   I then cancelled the return as he said he hadn't posted it and then I am finding I can't get a refund - the car is closed and I can't do anything to contact eBay as it says a case is open when I go to the resolution centre and I'm stuck in a loop as it says it's been closed - any advice appreciated - if I try to r one a case it won't let me  ... Eventhough I had the winning bid of £555 when the auction closed the payment was increased to £560 and no one else had bid £555. I did have a high limit on the auction of £585 just incase but this was not needed as I had won it at £555.   Obviously it would be easier to ring eBay and as they why this occurred but there are no phone numbers and they encourage you to ask other bidders who are paying them for a service???  ... A few months ago a pair of trousers I'd ordered didn't arrive. After a number of emails the seller and I came to an agreement of refund of £5. three days ago I ordered a book Celebration of the Solstices, I received an email today to say my book had been delivered to the click and collect store. When I showed the assistant the bar code he produced a package which turned out to be the lost trousers. I said I was supposed to collect a book but he said no no no other package here. it now says on my book order collected but it's not been collected it was the trousers. Hi I purchased a tin of silver paint and it's nothing like silver it's dull like a grey it's supposed to be bright silver and nothing like bright silver the seller is saying I should get in touch with the paint company but why should I when I bought from him on the understanding it was silver I think he's selling old paint also the fumes from it is,so strong it's like watered down cheap paint  I haven't got a printer to print out a return label plus it's toxic the paint and would cost the amount I paid for it to send it back to the seller it's only fit for the bin as I can't use this seller is being nasty saying I want a refund and keep it if that was the case wouldn't I have ordered a more expensive tin of paint and  said the same thing if I was lying about it thank you ...
