A few months ago a pair of trousers I'd ordered didn't arrive. After a number of emails the seller and I came to an agreement of refund of £5.
three days ago I ordered a book Celebration of the Solstices, I received an email today to say my book had been delivered to the click and collect store. When I showed the assistant the bar code he produced a package which turned out to be the lost trousers. I said I was supposed to collect a book but he said no no no other package here.
it now says on my book order collected but it's not been collected it was the trousers. Assistant said the bar code was for the trousers.
I wanted this book bc and I'm concerned I now won't get it please help me
