Eventhough I had the winning bid of £555 when the auction closed the payment was increased to £560 and no one else had bid £555. I did have a high limit on the auction of £585 just incase but this was not needed as I had won it at £555.
Obviously it would be easier to ring eBay and as they why this occurred but there are no phone numbers and they encourage you to ask other bidders who are paying them for a service???
