Bought mascara off a seller ,it came with seal broken ! I contacted them they said to throw it in the bin ! Contacted them again after they told me they would email me which they didn't! Phoned again today they said eBay had refunded me which they havnt! What a con ! This company should be stopped from selling to the public !
