        Good morning people,      just got this email from Ebay :                Activity on your account isn’t following policy: Abusive buyer policy         Activity on your account didn't follow our Abusive buyer policy. Buyers may not misuse feedback, returns, buyer protection programmes, or payment dispute processes.                   What activity didn't follow the policy       - Buyer’s can’t misuse eBay’s return process. The following actions are not allowed:       - Returning an item other than the original item received       - Using or damaging an item and then returning it       - Making false claims, such as:       - Returning an item with the reason that it wasn’t as described when it was described accurately       - Saying an item wasn’t received when it was delivered.             I haven't done any of these and can't replay to this. Hi all, so this is what happened. I wanted some tickets to Legoland for my granddaughter. I saw a pair in an auction and the same person had a buy it now auction for two tickets both running at same time. I messaged her and asked have you got two pairs of tickets, she didn't reply. I then won the auction and paid for the tickets. I then get a message saying her husband had given them away earlier in day. I then get a full refund. I don't believe she had two pairs of tickets and she shouldn't have been trying to see what gave her the best return. It's out of order. What can I do ? ... View more

I purchased a magazine on eBay 2 days ago.  Yesterday I received an email from the seller to say the item was slightly different in size to what I thought I'd purchased and Was I happy to go ahead.  I tried to reply yes, but the email also stated that it was over 90 days old and therefore I wasn't allowed to reply so there was no way I could respond.  Since then, my purchase history has been removed from eBay and there is no way for me to contact the seller.   ebay doesn't give me any means to contact the seller as it's now not listed on the site as a purchase.   in addition, PayPal has already paid the money to the seller and it tells me to contact the seller if there's a problem through ebay, which I can't as the purchase history has been removed.   can anyone advise what to do next?  Thankyou ... I used to be able to print an invoice with VAT seperately displayed. However now when I click on "print packing slip and more" on the dropdown menu next to the order I get a new style pop up window with 3 options... Packing slip Order Recceipt (that says "NOT FOR BUYER" in the corner) Pick List None of these options has my VAT details and non are legal VAT invoices.   Where has this gone? Hello. I received my purchase and it was not the model advertised but actually the cheaper one. I contacted the seller (who still has them advertised as the more expensive ones) and they are making it very difficult to return because they expect me to be available for a whole day between 8am and 8pm for a courier to pick it up, obviously before I can get a refund. If like me you are not happy with the way E bay is moving then when , or if you are sent a survey fill it in, warts and all. It may , if enough folks say it like it is, give them food for thought and give us back our old system or something like it.
