how do I send a return label for an item sent in error ?

You don't explain what you mean.

 

If you mean you sent the wrong item to buyer, then the buyer opens a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, and you supply a Reply Paid Tracked Label through the case. 

 

Buyer opens a case for item not as described and then you send label via case.
