Hello. I received my purchase and it was not the model advertised but actually the cheaper one. I contacted the seller (who still has them advertised as the more expensive ones) and they are making it very difficult to return because they expect me to be available for a whole day between 8am and 8pm for a courier to pick it up, obviously before I can get a refund. How much does eBay care about customers being messed around like this? There doesn't seem to be a way to report this kind of ridiculously bad customer service
Why are you not using the Money Back Guarantee,if you want Ebay to get involved use the proper system.
Only by having tracked proof of return can ebay force a refund, having it picked up by a Courier means you have no proof of TRACKED RETURN and cannot ask bay to get involved when they don't refund you.
No good saying ebay doesn't care when you don't use the tools provided.
