I purchased an item but the listing was removed, I never received the item and eBay refunded me. I have since been contacted by the seller asking for the money back as they have lost money and an item and this has impacted their life and work! hi, i am gobsmacked and i am hoping someone has a better solution. my recent sale has a disclaimer - if outside of mainland UK, the buyer will need to cover extra costs. they paid straight away and the postage is almost double. they are happy to cover the difference.   so ebay cant issue new invoice... and i need to ask them to pay me on paypal as family and friends (!!) or relist at a higher price. i mean WHAT????? ... Why are the Payouts being sent around 9-10 am? On my first week of mp payments were being sent overnight and coming into my bank around 9-10 am which was fine but after that it's been getting later and later. Today it was sent at 9.30 am, that's simply not good enough and I feel these payments should always be sent by 4 am latest so they arrive within a reasonable timeframe   I don't think I'm being unreasonable  ... I have authenticity code and purchased the bag 20yrs ago but ebay have removed it as saying it could be counterfeit when it is definitely not. The bag is immaculate and was hardly ever used. This is first item I have ever tried to sell on eBay.  I had the bag sitting in a cupboard for so long and thought I might as well sell it get some money for it and give someone the privelege of owning and using a Louis vuitton bag. HI ,   I have a problem with a seller that as soon as i had won and paid for my item he messaged me saying that it was no longer available.   I have contacted him and asked for a refund, still waiting 2 weeks later !   I raised a dispute with ebay and mistakely asked for a return ( return of money was my intention) .  I am now being asked to print off a returns label and once the seller receives the item i will get my £92 back .
