Going round in circles

HI ,

I have a problem with a seller that as soon as i had won and paid for my item he messaged me saying that it was no longer available.

I have contacted him and asked for a refund, still waiting 2 weeks later !

I raised a dispute with ebay and mistakely asked for a return ( return of money was my intention) .  I am now being asked to print off a returns label and once the seller receives the item i will get my £92 back .

I have nothing to return and if i close the case , ebay say they will not be able to help again.

Anyhelp would be gratefully received

You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal if you Paid that way?  Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Open a Case for Item Not Received. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.

make sure your eBay case is closed before going to PayPal.
