I orderd to pairs of doc Martin sandles and they havnt come back and they have taken more money out of my bank

Check the estimated delivery date on the listing and if that has passed you can report that your item hasn't arrived next to your order in Purchase History.   Then escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
