additional postage money

hi, i am gobsmacked and i am hoping someone has a better solution.

my recent sale has a disclaimer - if outside of mainland UK, the buyer will need to cover extra costs.

they paid straight away and the postage is almost double. they are happy to cover the difference.

so ebay cant issue new invoice... and i need to ask them to pay me on paypal as family and friends (!!) or relist at a higher price. i mean WHAT?????

you can send them a PayPal money request.

that could get both of your PayPal accounts sanctioned for using F&F for a commercial transaction.

But how, I don’t have their details as the payment was not via PayPal? It went to this new eBay thingy 😢 I don’t have their email address linked to PayPal account
