Hi,   Seen this asked a few weeks ago and it didn't seem to get answered fully. Someone was querying the following item 181752438917 and why it was not eligible under eBay Money Back Guarantee, both responses said it was and where did they get the idea it wasn't.   After browsing a few different items today I've seen the same thing, items listed as not eligible under the coverage section (near the top under refunds) but also listed with shop with confidence tag at the top right corner of the listing.   Can anyone clarify? ... In previous versions of Ebay I always found next to my live listing on my selling page the number of watchers the listing has.  On my current selling page there is no such info - any ideas how I can see the number watching each listing like before? ... View more

I have sold 2 books Individually.  Both times ebay state my cash is in hold untill I confirm delivery. This is stupid as the buyer can retract the money then I have no cash or item. Hi, selling manager is asking for info for new VAT regulations. I have tried to add 20% on individual listings but it is still in to do list. I have tried to upload the completed report 4 times and it will not upload. I have added VAT number in manage my shop to be shown on all listings but amount of uncompliant listings in to do list still the same. What is it asking me to do to be compliant? I went to pay by paypal. But this statement came up when I want to pay.    'The merchant has requested an authorisation for this payment and the final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order.'   What does this mean?
