Hello, I've purchased the mower blade but the wrong one has been sent. I've sent it back but haven't received the refund. I have proof of postage, a conversation with the seller, and the page with the Order Details (with order number) but the item is not showing in the purchase history. The seller says he sent the refund and it's PayPal's fault I'm not getting the refund. I've contacted PayPal, they can't see the signs any payment from this seller has been made. Also, we don't pay through Paypal anymore, do we? I let the seller know about the Paypal response but no reply from the seller. What should I do? I'll appreciate any advice! Edit (8/08): I don't remember whether I've opened the case Item Not As Described. I've emailed the seller telling them that the blade doesn't fit and asking whether they have the right one to send instead. They replied they don't and: "At the link below please find and use the printable, prepaid return label to post the unsuitable item back for a refund. (...) As soon as we receive it back at our warehouse, one of our staff will contact you regarding the refund to the account you paid with." I've printed out their label and posted the blade. I've shown the seller the proof of postage. Does it look like if I haven't opened the case Item Not As Described there's nothing I can do now?
