Buyer unable to leave feedback

Buyer is unable to give me feedback as the order details are showing not found and come up in a red box ...of which I also see we I go into it too on main site... I have given them feedback but they cannot give me return feedback ...has anyone had this happen to them pls help ..thankyou in advance

If it can't be found then no feedback can be left. I don't know what has happened, but it is very unwise for seller to leave feedback first, buyer can leave any sort of feedback they wish including a Negative and you have said what a wonderful buyer they are. Let buyers leave first.

Which item is it? So long as it is within 60 days then feedback can be left.
