Arbitrary eBay punishment for no fault of my long standing buyer account.

Hello

A week ago eBay stopped letting me enter my buyer account with no explanation. Whatever I have 

done to follow intructions to get to speak with human, they all have led mermly to dead end & abuse

e.g. sending me kind of email I have never seen asking with arrogance & disrespect How  We Did with

no-reply,  after I had emailed several times a whole set of screenshts.

This is exactly what happened a month ago which turned out to be that data of temporary acount eBay 

ceated with out my request hadn't been erased when I returned to my long standing account.

What would you suggest should be done?    24680

We have no idea why you are restricted, only ebay CS can tell you.

This is a new account, so ebay are likely to restrict this 1 as well unless you can sort the issue.
