How do I raise an invoice for goods returned due to buyer not collecting from post office depot

Hi 

can anyone help?

my buyer has not collected her parcel from the post office on time and its been returned to me by royal mail.

I've contacted the buyer and she still wants her item.

How do I raise a new invoice for the extra postage costs to resend again.

You can't. Buyer will have to either make a Paypal Friends and Family Payment, or you send a Paypal Payment request.

First way is best as second will incur you paying more fees.

Using friends and family for ebay goods could see the seller and buyer lose their PayPal accounts.

Try sending an invoice from the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account.
