can anyone help?
my buyer has not collected her parcel from the post office on time and its been returned to me by royal mail.
I've contacted the buyer and she still wants her item.
How do I raise a new invoice for the extra postage costs to resend again.

Try sending an invoice from the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account.
