Hi, I have a Samsung S4 & I have the eBAY app installed on it. Went to log in today & keep getting a message saying 'need to install latest version of the app' Tryed that, several times, still getting the same message. Uninstalled it, re-installed same thing. Has there been a new updated released that is now not compatable with the S4? TIA, Andy.

The first return label I received was for a parcel of insufficient weight. Ebay helped, and the supplier then sent me a message which said that the new label was attached. In fact this was an image which when printed was too small to read, and when expanded too blurred to read. I messaged again asking for a prinable label, and have received a reply with an identical image - unusable. Am i not understanding how to print an attachment or are they trying to avoid the return?

Hi On my android mobile, I try to open Ebay, which has worked fine till two days ago. But I get the message "We're sorry, this version of the app is no longer supported. Please take a moment to update the latest version." I have, several times, deleted Ebay and reinstalled it from Google Play, but I get the same message. (I have also tried to delete the storage and cache from Google Play.) How can I continue to use Ebay on my android mobile, please? Many thanks

I cannot find a number for eBay resolution centre. Hermes claim they delivered it to household, with no more information. Seller says I must go through eBay. Goods must have gone to wrong address All their instrutions just send me in circles. Just need a UK tel No. Thanks for helping kendes457

Purchased an item at £389 with a bonus offer points of 5× points when I went to check-out it stated Nectar points awarded was 1800. This was back in May 30th 2021 so plenty of time has passed. I had also bought another item at £60 and the bonus points were paid in almost immediately of 300 points 1500 short of what there should have been? The deal had stated all purchases so why short change me on the bigger points? It's very frustrating as I can't find a subject to contact Ebay. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Rickie

I sent an offer to a buyer on an auction listing which at the time had no bids on it. The buyer then sent a counter offer which I left for a few hours to think about as at the time it said I had 48hrs to consider. When I came back later the option to accept the counter offer had disappeared and I could no longer send offers. The only thing that changed was that someone had now placed a starting bid on the item which was a lot lower than the offer I had received. Would anyone be able to shed some light on why the offer might have disappeared. Is it because someone bid on the auction?
