Purchased an item at £389 with a bonus offer points of 5× points when I went to check-out it stated Nectar points awarded was 1800. This was back in May 30th 2021 so plenty of time has passed. I had also bought another item at £60 and the bonus points were paid in almost immediately of 300 points 1500 short of what there should have been? The deal had stated all purchases so why short change me on the bigger points?
It's very frustrating as I can't find a subject to contact Ebay.
