Seller and Hermes

I cannot find a number for eBay resolution centre.

Hermes claim they delivered it to household, with no more information.

Seller says I must go through eBay.

Goods must have gone to wrong address

All their  instrutions just send me in circles.

Just need a UK tel No.

If the item shows as delivered then there is nothing ebay will do

They will always go with the seller if it says Delivered

Your problem is with Hermes 

You need to contact them and ask them where your item is

Have you check all around outside of your property and with neighbours
