The first return label I received was for a parcel of insufficient weight.
Ebay helped, and the supplier then sent me a message which said that the new label was attached. In fact this was an image which when printed was too small to read, and when expanded too blurred to read.
I messaged again asking for a prinable label, and have received a reply with an identical image - unusable.
Am i not understanding how to print an attachment or are they trying to avoid the return?
