Hi can anyone help me? I bought a coffe table in February,it came within 2days but was damaged, upon contacting the seller they said it will take 5 weeks for another one or a refund, I wanted the refund. They said this is the address & a serial number if you get it wrong, you will not get a refund, so I told them to send me a return prepaid label but they said they don't do that. I asked them which delivery company to use but they didn't know. When I said I'll complain to eBay they said as a compensation they will send me a table within afew days & I don't have to return it. I accepted their offer. I didn't receive it,on contacting them they said it got lost in the post, they are sending another one again samething. Then they said they'll give me a refund & I have been waiting now for 3 weeks. On contacting them they said there was a issue with PayPal & they will try again & it's been another week now. & each time they take a week to reply back.
