So, to make my life easier, you have stopped me selling, unless I give you my bank details, ad if I DO give you my details, I will get my money in maybe 4 or 5 days, not immediately as I do with PayPal, and not to where I want it, but where YOU want it, and I can't use PayPal ay more as YOU won't allow it. i posted an item I sold second class and got proof of postage. The buyer claimed he never received it and before you know it they get a refund and my account gets deducted!  I showed proof of postage that I had posted it but eBay took the side of the buyer even though they could have just said they never received where in fact they may have, however I had proof I posted, why do I lose out??? Yes I should of got it tracked but surely my proof of postage is enough to prove I’ve held my end of the deal!!  When I called eBay, they just weren’t interested and said take it up with Royal Mail!  So why do eBay favour buyers in situations like even though I have proof I posted?  ... Hi, is anyone having problems with the "delete" tab at the top of the page. Just one day out of the blue it stopped working !! My "watch" list is full & I can't delete items that have ended, or I didn't win. Any ideas would be helpful.Thanks. ... View more

Hi all, I have had buyers bid and stop an auction three times now, different buyers, same item, they do not pay and ask me to sent the item out to them (Yea Right). Has anyone else had this? Also it says it's sold but no notifications to me saying "your item sold" and when I click on my items for sale, there it is relisted and still for sale.... Hi I sold an item and it was received by the buyer but they opened a buyers remorse case ( stating they didn't like the item and confirmed via message that it was their fault)  which I closed however I think they are still planning on sending the item back regardless for a refund. Have spoken to ebay and they say just to tell the postman to return. To sender but is there anything else I need to do? Should I report the seller as surely this is breaching some eBay policies?  ...
