Why is ebay doing literally nothing to deal with the reselling of ps5's and xbox series x consoles.  After missing out for  yet another stock drop I just looked on here to see how many were listed on the same day!! These low life sellers list numerous new consoles which they have bought at the rrp then place their scalper profit on top. For each one they buy up others miss out. Perhaps ebay should have the guts to do something radical such as only allow the consoles to be sold at the rrp and then it becomes less of an attractive hobby for these kind of people. I been have a problem with a error message, which stop me for going to the check out the pay a seller. Ive contacted ebay meny times over the last 7days, but only had one call back witch never resolved the issue. Dose anyone at here customers service... do anything for there customers like give them a little service. It would be a lot easier if ebay would have a help line that I could call (they did have one about a year why they closed it would asking there customers I don't know) . If anyone has a phone numbers for ebay customers services that get you to a person let me know, as I'm sure you sick of record messages that tells you to go one line and complain, Only to get a **bleep** message saying there will contact you in the next 48hours (which never seems to happen). Hi. The seller has agreed finally for me to return item. For two days we have been going round in circles. I have 2 queries 1. Seller wants me to pay return costs and will reburse me when item arrives. (I dont think she will and I've read ebay won't force her to either) ebay says she is responsible for return costs. So do I have to do what the seller says?  2. She wants item sent signed for, even though royal mail aren't taking signitures atm as tracking to expensive. I've read articles where sellers say they've not received the item. Am I obliged to follow her request?  I've pointed out she doesn't need use ebay returns label and can select other couriers. Her response is ebay don't do return labels anymore. What do I do as I don't want ebay think I'm refusing to send the item and I can't find a number to speak to a human. Thanks for reading. the buyer won 2 items from so i sent them together, the one item is showing as delivered but the other item is shower still as dispatched. I bought something of ebay was delievred by HERMES tracked. ALthough both my husband and I were at home at 19.40 pm ( we are wokring form home anyway )  - HERMES has allegedly delivered parcel to the LETTER BOX ( yes I got a picture to prove it ) leaving parcel - rather OUTSIRE - visable for everyuone - I check status being delivered and aske dthe seller to help me found it - he said - item was DELIVERED not his problem anymore.  My letter box got messed with and this morning - post man has come to my door to tell me THAT - my letter box got smashed as if someone had tried to TAKE somthing ouf from it.  the parcel GOT STOLEN , seller wont help.
