I brought a part for my car almost 2 weeks ago and wanted click and collect.  The seller as said I have cancelled the order and has been returned.  I haven't done this. Hi , absolutely nightmare Seller . Advertised the " stock photo" item ( nothing like it ) . Ebay agree . Seller "unable" to sent QR code then "told" me how much they would pay for return ( ie didn't want it tracked ) Also wanted my PayPal details !!! Has not "refunded " my "Return" Postage . The buyer has used the laptop, confirmed delivery and stated that it was in perfect condition in his messages to me. Now after a month he contacted me he said the laptop is not working fine. He by mistake said in the case messages that he opened and modified the laptop and put non-stock components. Ever since it has stopped working. When i first contacted ebay they closed the case in my favour but now ebay is asking me to provide a return shipping label. I have provided all the details, original bills and the proof of the device in perfect condition to ebay and the buyer as well as the buyer's delivery confirmation messages. Please help me out. Ebay is making me accept a faulty laptop, which the buyer modified and spoiled. What can i do. this is crazy. Any user can spoil the device and make ebay send it back to us and put the money on hold. I recieved an eiderdown very recently that i purchased in good faith it smells extremely musty and the feathers have spilt out from little holes so i started a return. which was granted and i dont have to pay for return postage due to condition and that this wasnt mentioned in the listing  the seller sent a postage label which was for the weight 0 - 2 kilograms and the eiderdown when it is boxed wieghs 2.5/6kilograms and if it is just wrapped in a carrier bag 2.3 kilograms the seller wont send me a revised postage label so i can post the eiderdown back to her. i ve been told from a print out slip from ebay it has to be sent tracked 48 hr and via the royal mail i was considering just paying for the return myself and hopefully i will get the money back but the man in the post office said no the seller will revise the postage label today i have to give the tracking number and the postoffice man wouldnt let me pay for the return myself as he said i might not get the money back and i need to contact the seller but she has said she will not send me a revised postage label she sent me this message about an hour ago ...
