I bought 'NEW' tyres from a seller who at the time had 180 listings, I collected them from his home address in Crawley, west sussex but believed he was a business. Tyres perished in a few months and under 400 miles and further checks found they were in fact 14 years old when sold to me as new. Seller didn't list his contact information and eBay support in UK refused to give details to me as I required to take legal action, they said account was private? 180 listings selling car parts, wheels and tyres...seriously? I obtained seller details from eBay support in USA. Seller has made statement to court admitting the account is in his nephews name (Valimir) who has NEVER lived in UK. His name is Aleksander, this fraud has been reported to eBay, he is obviously running a business through an account in his nephews name but eBay still let this fraudulant business seller trade as private ... The spa I bought brand new in July last year has stopped working. The manufacturer has said my warranty is not valid as I didn't buy from an approved retailer. They emailed me in August last year with my warranty number, so not sure if they have changed their policy. Any ideas? ... View more

Hi,   I am trying to list an item but for whatever reason, its coming up with    CATEGORY Business, Office & Industrial > Video Broadcasting & Recording > Production SwitchersChange category Variations We don't support variations for auction-style listings. To use variations, change the format to fixed price.   I have gone for auction-style listing option but seems to not to see "List item" option at the bottom of the page. Instead the bottom of the page it has "List with displayed  with fees" - when I click on it, the home page appears. Please advise. Thanks ... View more
