received expired hair color pro date 2012 and exp date 2018, the seller is ready to take it back but wants me to pay the postage, why should I pay when he had send me a expired item and he very well says you can use it and nothing will happen as he has sold to others too.
That is his problem as more than two years has passed and he tells me I have delivered what you have ordered, How does eBay react to this that a seller sells expired item and it's Okay.

Just open a dispute you dont need to deal with the seller
Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.
Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.
The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.
If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.
Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay
