I have had a buyer for my item which is a iPhone 7 that I'm selling and I printed a shipping label from my printer and I lost it but eBay shows the label was created and it was but I don't have because it's lost and I wanted to ship it today but I can't because I don't have it no more and I'm trying to see it I can print another label and ship it out but what it's looking like that's not possible someone please help me!
Cancel the label then you can print another one. Go to My eBay > Selling, click on Postage Labels in the lefthand column, find the label and select Refund from the Actions column on the right.
