Why has the chat been removed from the customer support. If i wanted to chat to a robot i'd marry a toaster. I am trying to send an copy of a returns receipt via contact seller but i just get "server error please remove and try again"   So if they say it's not been returned it's not my fault. I will seek advice from Paypal. Your services are becoming worse and worse and only having 2 negative feedback since 2004 and using ebay all the time i am becoming less and less happy with using this website.. Hi. I have received a invoice through the post from FedEx requesting an additional payment on some furniture bought on eBay and delivered from Poland to the uk.  I paid a delivery charge of £25 in the original transaction.  I am concerned that the invoice sent might be a scam.  Could anyone advise, please?   ... The courier agency you have suggested  they have condition about weight they are not accepting  parcel which has more than 10 kg and the product which I bought has weight 18 so and I don't know what to do.
