Why has the chat been removed from the customer support. If i wanted to chat to a robot i'd marry a toaster.
I am trying to send an copy of a returns receipt via contact seller but i just get "server error please remove and try again"
So if they say it's not been returned it's not my fault. I will seek advice from Paypal.
Your services are becoming worse and worse and only having 2 negative feedback since 2004 and using ebay all the time i am becoming less and less happy with using this website.. You're becoming uselss and pathetic as time goes on..
But i guess it's all about you and not your customers.. Who would of thought from a lefty business!
Why are you trying to send anything to a seller. As far as I know Live Chat has not been removed, but unless you follow correct procedures, no one at ebay will change the rules to suite you.
The only thing that has any meaning with a return is TRACKING. So long as tracking shows as delivered and ebay can see that, then if seller does not refund, ebay will force it.
Have you never read the Money Back Guarantee, it is only on every listing, and all returns must be sent TRACKED.
You are allowing the seller to get you out of time. Paypal exactly the same as Ebay rely on proof of delivery via tracked mail. No proof of delivery no refund.
No tracking and you are just wasting your time, and talking to a human at ebay will achieve nothing.
As @john1297576 tells you sending a copy of a postal reciept showing that you have posted it will be no good. To deal with problems you must use the resolution centre and a tracked system to show delivery.
If you want to still send it why not copy it and address an envelope with stamp?
