Fake buyer not paying

How can ebay help stop the buyers for not paying up. Someone is setting up accounts and  bidding on my stuff all the time, then dont pay leaving me with no money. Surely they can track who this is .

You Cancel the Sale after 4 days using "Buyer did Not Pay." They receive an Unpaid Item Strike and you can Relist. This is how it is Reported to Ebay.

Place them on your Blocked Bidders List. Then find Buyer Requirements from Help and Contact where you can Block Buyers with 2 or more Strikes.
