The courier agency you have suggested they have condition about weight they are not accepting parcel which has more than 10 kg and the product which I bought has weight 18 so and I don't know what to do. I have called to collect plus help service to collect product from at my home but they said no we are not collecting from home so what they have suggested was like change delivery agency .
